料金
Pricing

カット ¥6,600〜（シャンプー・ブロー込み）／その他のメニュー ¥2,750〜（すべて税込）。メニューごとの正確な金額は、予約確定前に予約ページに表示されます。
Cut from ¥6,600 (incl. shampoo & blow) / other services from ¥2,750. All prices include consumption tax. The exact price for your selection is shown on the booking page before you confirm.

支払い方法
Payment

店舗にてクレジットカード（Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express）・Apple Pay・Google Pay・PayPay。初めてのお客様が所要時間3時間以上のメニュー（英語メニュー）をご予約の場合は、予約時に料金の50%を予約金としてオンライン決済（Square／クレジットカード・Apple Pay・Google Pay）でお支払いいただきます。
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPay at the salon. For a first visit booking a service of 3 hours or more (English menu), a 50% deposit is paid online at the time of booking (Square — credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

施術終了時に店舗にてお支払いいただきます。予約金をお支払いいただいた場合は、当日の料金から予約金を差し引いた残額をお支払いいただきます。
Payment is due at the time of service. If a deposit was paid, it is applied to your bill and only the balance is due on the day.

キャンセル・変更 Cancellation Policy

予約日前日までのキャンセル・変更は無料です（予約金をお支払い済みの場合は全額返金します）。当日キャンセル・無断キャンセルの場合、予約金は返金いたしません。予約金のないご予約で当日キャンセル・無断キャンセルがあった場合は、次回ご予約時に対応をご相談させていただきます。
Cancellations and changes are free up until the day before your appointment (any deposit paid is refunded in full). For same-day cancellations and no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable. Bookings without a deposit that are cancelled same-day or no-show may affect future booking availability.

役務の不適合

施術内容に不備があった場合、施術後 7 日以内にご連絡ください。可能な範囲で再施術にて対応いたします。
If you experience an issue with the service, contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will arrange a corrective service where possible.
