お問い合わせへの返信のため。Instagram のメッセージは、翻訳と返信文の下書き作成のために AI サービス（Anthropic 社の Claude）で処理することがあります。返信は必ずスタイリスト本人が内容を確認して送信します。自動で返信することはありません。
To reply to your enquiries. Instagram messages may be processed by an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic) to translate them and draft a reply. Every reply is reviewed and sent by the stylist himself; no message is sent automatically.

Only as needed for the purposes above, we use: Google (Calendar, Gmail, Analytics), Cloudflare (website and booking system hosting), Meta (Instagram), LY Corporation (LINE), Anthropic (message translation and drafts), and Square (deposit payments).

Message history temporarily stored to draft replies is deleted automatically within 3 days.

予約・来店記録
Booking Records

次回以降のご来店に役立てるため、ご予約と施術の記録を保管します。削除をご希望の場合は下記までご連絡ください。
We keep records of bookings and services to help with future visits. Contact us if you would like them deleted.

ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、info@hairisyoursignature.jp までご連絡ください（Instagram のメッセージからでも受け付けます）。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、30日以内に対応します。
To access, correct or delete your information, email info@hairisyoursignature.jp (or send a message on Instagram). After confirming your identity, we will respond within 30 days.
